So yeah, this is probably going to turn into an ED blog again, but I know that nobody reads this anymore so I'm not too concerned.
Anyway here's my new eating plan.
Before work, or on the way to work, I will eat one banana. I chose a banana because it's high in carbs and complex sugars and provides a very fast energy source. To burn off a medium banana you only need to do about 30 minutes of walking (it's about 100 calories) which I easily do in the course of a day at work as a waitress. So, a banana.
Next comes sugar free redbull during my half hour break. I'll also be bringing my computer or a book so I won't be bored and tempted to eat during the break.
When I get home, or sometime in the evening, I will have 1/3 of a cup of unsweetened applesauce, which is 60 calories, and 1/3 of a cup of multi-grain, high fiber cereal, which is 90 calories and the lowest cal content I could find. If I need sweetness I will add up to three packets of calorie-free sweetener to the applesauce. I prefer mixing the applesauce and the cereal together since the cereal is usually very hard to chew as it's fairly dense.
Should I feel faint or need a snack during the day I'll bring along some carrots. No dressing allowed. Maybe I should find some low-calorie crackers too but I'm scared I'll binge on them. Perhaps later when I'm less prone to binging.
So that's the plan. I'm not going to focus much on exercise just yet, but possibly I will in the future.
Grand total calorie intake:
Banana at 100 cals
+RedBull at 10 cals
+Cereal/Applesauce at 150 cals
=

160 cals.
I'm really NOT thrilled at having an uneven number. I might find another energy drink that's 25 cals instead, or 0 cals, and experiment with that. That's part of the OCD and ritualistic stuff though, as is starting a fast on a Wednesday or a Sunday I'm sure.
So I'll stop at the store tomorrow and if I can't find a 0 cal energy drink I'll go with sugar free for now.
And the best part about all this?
Nobody knows.
And nobody cares.
